Can I get a discount to offer customers?

1. Program Participation

1.1 Eligibility: To participate, affiliates must be approved by NeuroStreet and adhere to all program criteria and these comprehensive terms. Affiliates are auto-approved. However, if promotion terms are not adhered to, NeuroStreet reserves the right to ban offending affiliates.

1.2 Account Setup: Affiliates must complete the signup process, providing accurate and complete contact information. They will then receive a unique tracking code for referral tracking.

1.3 Transparency and Honesty: Affiliates must conduct their promotional activities with integrity, accurately representing their contact information and promotional methods.

2. Marketing and Promotion

2.1 Ethical Conduct: All marketing and promotional efforts must be conducted ethically, avoiding misleading representations or overstatements about potential earnings or benefits of trading strategies.

2.2 Prohibited Practices: Spam, unsolicited emails, or any form of harassment for promotion is strictly forbidden. Affiliates must respect privacy and audience preferences.

2.3 Accurate Advertising: Promotions must truthfully represent NeuroStreet products and services without exaggeration or false claims, including necessary disclaimers about trading risks.

2.4 Brand Guidelines: Affiliates must adhere to NeuroStreet's brand guidelines, ensuring no false or unauthorized claims are made about NeuroStreet products or services.

3. Commissions, Reporting, and Performance

3.1 Commission Structure and Issuance: Affiliates earn commissions as stated on the Affiliate Page for the specific NeuroStreet brand they promote. Commissions are issued monthly for the previous month's earnings.

3.2 Cookie Duration: Affiliate tracking cookies have durations ranging from 1 year to a lifetime, depending on the NeuroStreet brand being promoted.

3.3 Performance Transparency: Honest reporting of promoted trading strategies' performance, acknowledging both successes and losses, is mandatory.

3.4 Evidence of Claims: NeuroStreet reserves the right to request documentation to substantiate claims of extraordinary performance.

3.5 Existing Leads: If an affiliate's generated lead is already part of NeuroStreet's lead list, it will not count towards the affiliate’s commission

4. Affiliate Account Management

4.1 Information Accuracy: Affiliates must ensure their account information is always accurate and up to date.

4.2 Notification of Changes: Affiliates must promptly inform NeuroStreet of any changes in promotional strategies or contact information.

5. Legal Compliance and Ethics

5.1 Legal Document Compliance: Affiliates agree to comply with all related legal documents, including the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5.2 Modification of Terms: NeuroStreet reserves the right to modify these terms as necessary, with all participants subject to revised terms.

6. Termination and Dispute Resolution

6.1 Consequences of Breach: Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

6.2 Dispute Handling: Disputes should be resolved through direct negotiation wherever possible, with legal recourse as a last resort.

6.3 Dispute Resolution: In the event a dispute cannot be resolved amicably via negotiation and mutually agreed terms, legal recourse will commence and be bound by the federal laws of Canada.

7. Payment and Financial Terms

7.1 Payment Terms: Commissions are paid on the 15th of every month for commissions earned during the previous month via your chosen payout method. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, payment will be issued on the business day before the weekend or holiday. For example, February earnings are paid out on March 15th. However, for NeuroStreet Trading Academy, commissions earned for the month are paid out 45 days later. For example, February earnings are paid out on April 15th.

7.2 Withholding and Cancellations: NeuroStreet reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions in fraud, returns, or non-compliance cases.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Use of NeuroStreet Materials: Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use NeuroStreet's marketing materials and trademarks for the purpose of promoting NeuroStreet products.

9. General Provisions

9.1 Confidentiality: Information related to NeuroStreet's operations, customer data, and financial information is confidential and will not be disclosed.

9.2 Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the federal laws of Canada in the jurisdiction where NeuroStreet is registered, superseding prior agreements.
